Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1.Application Engineer, Mechanical (PJ)

• To provide quality pre-sales and post-sales technical support to prospect and client to meet company’s goal.
• To complete the assigned project/support within set deadlines.
• To be proactive and innovative in providing support and solution to deliver good experience to clients and achieve company’s goal.
• To work together with the sale personnel and clients to develop the Implementation Support Plan and ensure the plan is successful.
• To develop and implement a quality and comprehensive product and industrial-based training program to meet client’s requirement.
• To attend any training or seminar that the management sees appropriate and be able to share such knowledge effectively with others.

Requirements:

• At least Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering any related field.
• At least 1-2 years’ working experience in related field & SolidWorks simulation.
• Ability to utilize CAD/CAM/CAE solution is a added advantage.
• Good written and speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel.

2.Application Engineer, Mastercam (PJ)

• Provide technical application support & project consultancy mainly in Mastercam solution
• Provide pre-sales support (product presentation & demo) and after-sales services.
• Provide support in Mastercam Machining consultancy
• Provide support in Mastercam Machine Test cut
• Provide support in setup sheet and post-processor customization
• Provide training to education and industry
• Provide customer visits & scheduled technical updates according to the respective client database assigned
• Provide hands-on participation in seminars and workshops for the targeted new market.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing/ Mechatronic / CNC machining, or any related field
• Preferably 1 year or more of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in Mastercam would be an added advantage
• Good written and speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel.

3.Application Engineer, Mechatronic (Shah Alam)

• To be in charge in Electrical, control, PLC, Wiring, pneumatic, design and Installation related tasks.
• To shortlist the suppliers for Industry 4.0 projects.
• To carry out the concept design of the projects, and also to do programming for PLC and also IIOT gateway.
• To equip with basic programming knowledge (Python, R, Node Red, C++, etc) and database (Maria BD, MSSQL, My SQL).
• To prepare the project schedule for upcoming projects, and to monitor the progress until project handover.
• To Involve in the R&D of the Industrial 4.0 hardware development.
• To support on after sales during the warranty period. To liaise with other related departments on implementation.
• To carry out on site installation and training to the user.
• To carry out the demo at the customer site when required.
• Experience small project with Visual Studio, Web-Based application project.

Requirements:

• At least Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering/ Data Science or any related field.
• At least 2 years’ working of technical experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-motived and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Strong inter-personnel and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel
