The Opportunity

Application Engineer in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Application Engineer is responsible for generating quotes for solutions and products business, ensuring competitive pricing and technology are at the forefront. Additionally, provides technical and commercial support to Bid Managers in the creation of offers, as well as in the tendering process

The Role

• Compile all the documents needed to generate an offer/bid/tender.
• Liaise with customers/distributors/agents for technical clarifications during the offer/bidding/tender phase.
• Calculate and coordinate quotations/offers for solutions and products.
• Prepare offer/tender documents for customer and ensure deadlines are met and details are taken care of.
• Ensure documents are updated and filed accordingly to the quality management for internal use and auditing purposes.
• Other administrative duties as assigned by management.
  
  

The Talent We Inspire Has

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in similar role.
• Possess good attitude, detail orientated, integrity and willingness to learn.
• Self-starter; organizational, analytical, interpersonal, multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree and preferably having Professional Degree (In Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Computer literacy, able to work in fast paced environment.
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Microsoft Visio,
• English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A plus: Mandarin and AutoCAD
