My client is a global manufacturer and supplier of precision instruments and measurement systems, known primarily for its high-quality laboratory and industrial solutions. The company serves a wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage, and manufacturing.
Job Description
- Key point of contact for the clients to assist in application support and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Product Manager and sales teams to drive technical closure of opportunities.
- Provide on-site training, technical services, and support for data analysis, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Build strong technical product knowledge, including understanding of competitive technologies.
- Offer consulting and training to new and existing customers.
- Identify and develop high-value application solutions for the pharmaceutical market.
- Provide feedback for new products, software, and services to product management.
- Transfer knowledge from feasibility studies and industry applications to product management for future development.
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or life sciences; a background in Microbiology or Biology is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with analytical instrumentation or pure and ultrapure water purification systems in development, sales, or application support.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Desirable experience in technical sales, pharmaceutical equipment service, customer support, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical and ultrapure water purification systems, including design, measurement, regulations, and control, is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and partners across all levels and regions.
- Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
- Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
