Your day at NTT DATA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Application Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the implementation of our innovative solutions for clients partners ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while gaining valuable exposure to our technology stack and project management processes.

What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise to incident, problem management, change, release and configuration management according to ITSM
• Accountability of services tasks - delegating and direct responsibility for business-critical ones and escalations
• Ensure operational stability and effectiveness of IT systems through appropriate application management, monitoring and support.
• Familiar with configuration, adaptation, scripting and testing expertise to maintain and enhance solutions according to business needs.
• Contribute to knowledge management and ensure quality of knowledge, including solution documentation and knowledge base
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Solution integration using API’s and integration frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Microservices, NodeJS.
• Experience with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL scripting or Shell scripting
• ServiceNow or Salesforce platform experience
• Develop, test, and deploy API integrations and data migration components.
• Assist in the integration and deployment of software solutions tailored to client requirements
• Collaborate with senior team members to gather and document client specifications and project requirements
