Architect (0 to 15 years)

We are Dual Architects Practice Sdn. Bhd. , an established architectural consultancfy firm, we have positions in Miri and Kuching. We are currently recruiting for:

1. Architect
2. Assistant Architect
3. Graduate Architect

Job roles and responsibilities as below:

ARCHITECT

• Develop architectural designs proposal that meet client brief and project requirements.
• Adjusting and revising design drawings based on feedback
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design ideas and progress.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

QUALIFICATION :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture Minimum of 2 years working experience in architectural design & project management.
• Proficiency in software ( e.g: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Office)
• Strong understanding of building code and regulations.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT :

• Able to communicate effectively in English & Malay.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and other language will be added as an advantage.
• Position is based in Miri, Sarawak
