Join our APM Service Operations Development team as an Area Deployment Manager and help lead the rollout of our Field Service Management (FSM) system across country units. You’ll work closely with global, area, and frontline teams to ensure timely and impactful deployments that support our service transformation goals.
Preferred Locations: Malaysia, India, Dubai, or Singapore
Travel Requirement: Approximately 25–30% of working time

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate FSM deployments across multiple countries
- Plan rollout phases in detail with project teams
- Maintain documentation and deployment roadmaps
- Facilitate business impact workshops and scope signoffs
- Act as a key link between global and local teams
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are met
- Support change management and transformation efforts
- Strong experience in programme or project management, especially across regions and time zones
- Understanding of service operations (a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical and solution-focused mindset
- Confidence in presenting to senior leadership
- Willingness to travel as needed
