Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring new business opportunities and improve the existing ones by supporting the Sales organization with relevant knowledge of products and markets. Each day, you will support the defined Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in your assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in sales strategy discussions for the assigned area, agreements on short-term and long-term goals, and negotiation of the division sales budget.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid , Onsite
This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products Business covering Asia Region.

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring new business opportunities and improve the existing ones by supporting the Sales organization with relevant knowledge of products and markets. Each day, you will support the defined Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in your assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in sales strategy discussions for the assigned area, agreements on short-term and long-term goals, and negotiation of the division sales budget.

This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products Business covering Asia Region.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams.
- Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
- Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.
- Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.
- Support Local Sales Unit (LSU) to develop defined new market segments.
- Support LSU with pricing excellence, and making sure division end to end margin are secured.
- Electrical and/or mechanical background, preferably degree or diploma qualified. BA/BS in Engineering preferred.
- 5 years of experience in an industrial sales environment with a successful history in selling technical products with long sales cycles and selling into SAS countries.
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel; demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of technical products and markets; ability to analyze customer needs and competitor offers.
- Results orientation, strategic orientation, teamwork and collaboration, people development, change leadership, intercultural sensitivity and effectiveness.
- Anticipate and address evolving customer and market needs; build close and sustainable customer relationships.
- Experience with drive motor sales in Asia Pacific region would be a plus.
