Regional Sales Manager Asia
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with the Sales organizations growing the Low Voltage System Drives business in selected markets. You will participate in setting and fulfilling the short- and long-term goals and the sales budget in the region. You will gather market knowledge and support growing the sales pipeline.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid , Onsite
This role is contributing to the Low Voltage System Drives Business Line covering the Asia Region.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Your role and responsibilities

This role is contributing to the Low Voltage System Drives Business Line covering the Asia Region.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organizations.
- Analyzing the customer needs and competitor landscape through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
- Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communication with the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products and solutions.
- Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.
- Arranging product/solution/application related training and workshops.
- Providing presentations, commercial and technical support to Sales organizations and customers.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Proactive can-do attitude.
- Relationship builder with excellent social and collaboration skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Wide connection network with back-end organization (sales support, product management, engineering, production) is an advantage.
