Build, configure, and test packaged software & Software as a Service (SaaS) products
Develop and test new components or enhancements
Utilize declarative features to develop functionality where applicable
Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment plan and schedule
Job Summary:
We are seeking Application Developer with 3–5 years of experience to maintain the AS400 Channels & EAI platform in Core Banking environment. The role involves resolving incidents, automating deployments using ALDON, supporting payment systems, and enhancing DevOps workflows. Strong skills in RPG, C, Java, and AS400/COBOL are required, along with expertise in payment processes and deployment automation. This role ensures system stability and operational efficiency for critical banking applications.

Proficiency in RPG, C, and Java programming languages.
Deep understanding of the AS400 platform and DB2 database.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for AS400.

Hands-on experience with ALDON for software deployment automation.
Strong understanding of payment systems, workflows, and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strict SLAs.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with industry best practices in Core Banking support.
Experience in handling regulatory and compliance requirements in payments systems.
