As an Asia Territory Inside Sales Director, your primary responsibility is to Build and develop a high functioning Inside Sales team in your region to maximize sales effectiveness in support of company’s growth objectives.
- Act in partnership with the Territory Sales Leads, Global Sector leaders and Operations Management to develop customer-focused strategies and tactics to grow the business across all geographies and sectors.
- Provide leadership, management and coordination to optimize deployment and effectiveness of our regional/location and sector based Inside Sales (IS) team.
- Build a high functioning team through recruitment, staff development, coaching, and performance management.
- Provide feedback through the corporate Sales Enablement function on strategies to enhance our work processes, systems, and tools to continuously improve the quality of our product and efficiency of delivery.
- In collaboration with the Corporate Sales team, drive harmonization of regional knowledge management bank i.e. resumes, project descriptions, capability statements, proposal responses, success stories and any re-usable content.
- Champion sales process compliance and discipline, and drive discipline in maintaining accurate and current account and pursuit information through our CRM technology platform.
- Focus, drive and assist Operations, Outside Sales and Inside Sales teams to help strategically position the company on key pursuits during Middle Game.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships in other regional Inside Sales teams to develop a seamless and interconnected Inside Sales community across the organization for sharing of knowledge, best practice and resources.
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (must) with MBA (preferred). Similar working level obtained through relevant job experience may be accepted in lieu of degree level education.
- Experience: 15 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in sales or proposal management roles leading complex pursuits. Prior management of staff preferred.
- Technical: Excellent knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SharePoint online and technology savvy.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Highly organized and systematic.
- Able to drive strategy to implementation into pursuits.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and other languages, as applicable).
- Enthusiastic, proactive, open, service minded and spontaneous working attitude and communication style.
- Ability to protect sensitive and proprietary information.
- Committed to quality and company values.
- Must be willing and able to travel.
