Our client is a leading skincare products company in the global market.
Currently they are seeking for an Assistant Manager, Supply Planning to join the business.
Job Description
- Develop and implement supply plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
- Manage daily supply planning activities, including forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, logistics) to ensure seamless coordination of supply chain operations.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Lead the resolution of any supply issues or disruptions to minimize impact on production and delivery.
- Assist in the integration of planning processes to enhance efficiency across departments.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on supply chain performance.
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Supply Chain or any related studies.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in supply or production planning, particularly within the FMCG industry
- Good communication skills in both written adn spoken Englihs
- Able to work with key stakeholders to streamline the planning process
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP system
- Excellent at building relationships with internal and external parties.
