The Position
The opportunity
As a Financial Compliance Deployment Lead, you act as a global Deployment Lead as part of the ASPIRE program in the area of Financial Compliance (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Financial Approvals/Delegation of Authorities) for rollouts of Sales Affiliates and/or Manufacturing Sites in the APAC/ EMEA/ NA/ LATAM region.

The Position
The opportunity
As a Financial Compliance Deployment Lead, you act as a global Deployment Lead as part of the ASPIRE program in the area of Financial Compliance (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Financial Approvals/Delegation of Authorities) for rollouts of Sales Affiliates and/or Manufacturing Sites in the APAC/ EMEA/ NA/ LATAM region.
In this role you will focus on:
- Coordinate the three regional Financial Compliance Deployment Teams (EMEA, Americas, and APAC), including task assignment, project team management, and day-to-day oversight
- Manage the Financial Compliance Deployment resource plan for both ICFR and Financial Approvals, ensuring alignment with the overall ASPIRE Project timeline
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across regions by organizing meetings, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring timely information flow, also deliver training and support to team members and stakeholders, including creating materials, organizing workshops, and guiding process understanding
- Monitor deployment progress and provide regular status updates to the Aspire Financial Compliance Chapter Lead and other key stakeholders
- Oversee documentation and quality review activities, including reviewing deployment outputs, SAP4 HANA entries (e.g. DCS, scoping templates), and post-deployment assessments
- Ensure harmonization of project documentation and that all changes from Aspire Financial Compliance Product Increments (PIs) are timely and accurately reflected
We are seeking an individual who has:
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is considered a strong asset
- 7+ years of relevant business experience or equivalent project management expertise, ideally within internal controls (ICFR), audit, or general accounting
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles (e.g. IFRS, FGAR) and broad knowledge of finance-related business processes and policies
- Ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams across different locations and time zones, with strong people and coordination skills
- Project and change management capabilities, with experience in stakeholder engagement; familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage
- Skilled in identifying and driving process or control improvements, with the capacity to work independently and proactively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and confidence in engaging with diverse, international teams
- Analytical mindset paired with a customer-focused approach, high attention to detail, and effective presentation skills
