Job Description

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create long-term plans and forecasts for business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the organization.
  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership to department heads and managers, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
  • Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor operational expenditures and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.
  • Provide regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key operational projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Manage risks associated with operational projects, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Analyze current processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance service delivery.
  • Implement technology solutions to automate and optimize business processes.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and recommendations on operational matters.
  • Represent the operations function in strategic meetings and decision-making processes.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess operational risks, developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure business continuity plans are in place and regularly updated.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging risks, adjusting operational strategies accordingly.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on Assembly processes.
  • Deep technical knowledge of semiconductor assembly equipment, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process optimizations, and cost reduction initiatives in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve results
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other quality and environmental management systems.
