Job Summary:
The Account Assistant will support the account management team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of various projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist account managers in daily operations and project management.
  • Prepare and maintain client documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Organize meetings and take minutes to ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and other financial records.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or account support role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
