Job Responsibility
- Design development
- Technical detailing
- Authority submissions
- Overall project and team involvement
- Production of 3D works for design proposals
- Possess Architecture qualifications equivalent to LAM / PAM / RIBA Part I from any recognized university
- Minimum 2 years working experience in construction project with experience in items (a) - (e)
- Able to pro-actively participate in project running and coordinate works in all stages and to report to the Project Architect and Principal
- Versatile in all areas from design through to construction stages
- Ability to work independently with excellent leadership qualities and communication skills
- Software skills: Auto CAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point especially 3D Sketch-up with V-ray
- KWSP, SOCSO included
