Job Description
- Responsible in design proposal, prepare working drawings for authority submission, tender and construction.
- Coordinate with client & consultants team to develop the design.
- To liaise with relevant local authorities.
- To assist the Architect in managing the building/project contract.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Architecture, LAM Part I or II.
- Min. 3 years working experience in architecture firm.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop.
- Able to work independently, good interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
