Assistant Customer Finance Manager

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by delivering strategic financial insights and decision-making support. Your expertise will help optimize trade spend, improve profitability, and ensure financial accountability across sales operations.

What We Ask

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
• 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in business partnering role.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proactive attitude.

Vacancy Description

• Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to evaluate sales performance and customer profitability.
• Develop and deliver financial analysis on trade investments, promotional evaluation and pricing strategies to drive actionable insights and sales growth.
• Collaborate with sales leads during month-end closing to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and performance alignment.
• Ensure proper financial controls and governance are in place, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
