Assistant Human Resource Manager (L&D)

Job Responsibilities:

• Propose suitable training syllabus by discussing by gathering feedbacks from Managerial level staffs in order to come out with a new training syllabus.
• Design suitable training materials for different level of internal staffs by collecting feedbacks in order to create fun and enjoyable learning experience.
• Prepare training reports for each training conducted by collecting pre and post-test, training and trainees’ evaluation, feedbacks, and attendance from the participants in order to evaluate on the training progression and effectiveness.
• Consult and liaise with the relevant parties regarding training content and training materials by discussing on the relevancy of the content/materials used in order to meet the expectation of the participants towards the training.
• Uses TD Module to create training programs to the participants by sending the training details as an announcement in order to let the participants aware of the upcoming training programs.
• Observe and evaluate the job progression of the participants who had attended the training by using checklist that contains the learning outcomes of the particular training syllabus in order to investigate the participants’ job performance
• Formulate and administer pre- and post- training test for participants based on the respective syllabus as a means to evaluate participants’ attentiveness, usefulness and applicability of the syllabus.
  

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in handling of the full spectrum of Human Resource with min 2 years of Managerial role.
• New Era of HR Executioner with digitalize mindset.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to converse in mandarin to communicate well with stakeholders
• Must be familiar with HRDF grant applications or claims
