The company is currently seeking experienced key account talents or high-potential FMCG management trainees to step into a pivotal key account role, managing key business accounts and driving growth in the market.

Job Description

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with major retail partners in modern trade, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with business goals.
• Implement sales strategies tailored to each key account, driving growth in line with company targets and maximizing revenue.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and contracts, achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Analyze market trends, sales data, and account performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and trade marketing teams to ensure successful product launches, promotions, and inventory management.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in FMCG sales. Management trainee graduates in FMCG industry are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to make quick, informed decisions in dynamic situations.
