You will be our front-liner, facing with prospects, customers, and partners to continually drive new sales and opportunities. This role plays a key role in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term customer relationships. This position combines elements of sales and customer service, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have strong solution selling skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Develop and present customized solutions that address customer needs and provide value-added benefits.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
- Drive sales growth through effective prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue goals, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide on-going support and assistance to customers, including resolving issues, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in sales, with a proven track record of success in solution selling.
- Strong understanding of solution selling principles and techniques, with the ability to articulate value propositions and differentiate products / services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in IT and / or Cloud Solutions is an advantage.
