Job Description

Responsible for assessing organizational readiness, facilitation in developing Change Strategy, Change Communication & Enablement, Training and Business Change Adoption.

• Perform Stakeholder Analysis to identify impacted Business User Group.
• Able to conduct organizational assessment based on Fit/ Gap Impact Analysis performed by process teams and identify potential areas of resistance of change.
• Develop Change Strategies by producing a change Roadmap, Timeline and Network to drive Change Campaign.
• Develop and deliver Communication Plan during Change Campaign.
• Facilitate Training Strategy by producing Training Need Analysis and Training Course Module.
• Facilitate the Business Adoption Plan by monitoring progress and track adoption.
• Support Business User to navigate the transition to the new system and overcome challenges by providing coaching.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields like business management, or closely related field.
• At least 2-4 years’ working experience as a Change Management Specialist.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Ability to lead change initiatives, facilitate workshops, and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project team stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze organization culture or trend that caused resistance of change, identify problems, and develop solutions to develop change intervention plans.
• Good Verbal and written communication skills (engagement, presentation, written, and listening) skills.
• Experience in tailoring communication to different audiences.
• Familiarity with relevant projects or communication tools and technologies e.g. Email, bulletin, Smartsheet, SharePoint and others.
