The incumbent of this role will administers and supports Oracle ERP for staff users across PMB Group and executing all relevant necessary actions for ensuring the availability, reliability, integrity and security of these apps
Responsibilities
- Performs responsibilities as the administrator of Oracle ERP to maximize the availability, reliability and integrity of the apps.
- Executes incident management process to minimize disruption to apps dependent business activities or user productivity and to prevent or minimize recurrence.
- Follow-up with vendors and users on outstanding issues and follow through until the issues resolved.
- Coordinate and perform regression testing on software updates, patches, and new releases to ensure the business can benefit from latest updated apps features and fixed security issues.
- Coordinates and executes apps change management to efficiently facilitate change requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and schedule ad-hoc reports as requested by business users. Subsequently manage the scheduled processes.
- Guide and collaborate with business users to identify potential improvement in the business process and manage the implementation of the identified system enhancements.
- Responsible to prepare CR and develop UAT scripts/form, follow through with approval process until approved and deployed into Production.
- Responsible for the entire end to end procurement activities (RFA, PR, SWC and GRN) for Purchases utilizing Department budget.
- Communicates with stakeholders for projected business growth to ensure apps is operating at optimum performance for the business.
- Executes user account management activities diligently to ensure that login access, apps business processes, and apps data are highly secured.
- Executes annual apps recovery exercise with other functions to ensure the recovery is successful and flawless.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software / System Engineering / Engineering Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering & Economics or equivalent
- Over 5 years of solid experience in project implementation, ERP administration, and support, with at least 3 years of hands-on involvement in application system design and development.
