As Assistant Managers, you will be responsible in preparation and updating of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual, to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
To ensure that all Front Office employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

- Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader or Supervisor
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- *Due to strict regulation of Malaysian Immigration and Manpower Department, this position is open for Malaysian Nationals only.
