What You Will Be Doing:-

What You Will Be Doing:-
- Handle the Level 1 and 2 support for business application system related incidents and service requests.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues, handle tickets, manage change request and coordinate with various stakeholders both internal and external to ensure appropriate escalation actions are taken.
- Coordinate with third party product vendors or software developers for application integration, system fixes, customization, delivery and deployment of bug fixes to meet the required quality, stability, performance, functionality and capacity.
- Actively contribute to enhancing our internal business applications through continuous improvement of IT processes, tools, development practices, architectural design, project management, and governance.
- Support and oversee in the assessment and procurement processes of systems solutions to effectively address business requirements
- Act as the application administrators to create and manage user account and access permissions in applications.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches installation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training and guidance on the effective use of application system and IT processes
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of working experience in ERP or IT support roles, preferably in similar industry
- Effective written and communication skills in English & Bahasa. (Mandarin is a plus)
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, system integration, and database management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience integrating with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SQL Server.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure setups.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ManageEngine) and incident management processes.
- Proficiency in using PowerShell or other scripting tools for automation and administration will be a good to have skill.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
