RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. To attend to Main-contractor / Architect / Client complaints obtained via Customer Complaint Form (CCF) and ensure defects are rectified within 14 days from the date of receipt of the CCF from the client.
2. To ensure all the maintenance defects are rectified and the Certificate of Make Good Defect (CMGD) is obtained after the Defect Liability Period (DLP) without delay.
3. To manage the project/maintenance & defect works with the available resources provided.
4. To monitor, supervise and document the receipt, distribution, storage and usage of project site material in a way to prevent or minimize financial loss due to damage, wastage, poor handling, pilferage, short supply, substandard, etc.
5. To provide a monthly analysis of defects work at the project, detailing defect types, the causes, the corrective action taken, and cost incurred.
6. To execute work assigned according to schedule through proper planning.
7. To ensure the project meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the subcontractors and to take the appropriate actions timely to remedy any shortcomings.
8. To check all construction drawings, identify and highlight discrepancies, if any, and take the appropriate timely follow-up actions.
9. To monitor, supervise and document the receipt, distribution, storage, and usage of project site material in a way to prevent or minimize financial loss due to damage, wastage, poor handling, pilferage, short supply, substandard, etc.
10. To attend the monthly project/maintenance meeting, providing feedback on the projects.
11. To update maintenance work daily via WhatsApp Group and provide a monthly report.
12. To come up with innovative ideas and methods to resolve defects work with minimal cost and time.
13. To ensure the cost involved in defect work rectification is captured timely and apportioned to the appropriate sub-contractors.
14. To arrange, coordinate, and monitor the work of the casual workers, to ensure optimum utilization of labor and quality of work carried out.
15. General duties include:
a. To implement any relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality System.
b. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time:
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture Science /Agriculture Science or any equivalent studies with 3 – 5 years experience in handling landscaping projects.
2. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Good in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Organized and meticulous.
5. Proactive, able to work independently, and a team player.
