Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Lobby Lounge is responsible for overseeing the lobby lounge operation, acting as both the business leader and marketing strategist, ensuring the outlet runs smoothly, adheres to hotel standards, and achieves financial success. Additionally, the Assistant Manager - Lobby Lounge assists with the preparation and regular update of the Food and Beverage Departmental Budget, working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage Operations ensure targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Tourism Management.
  • 2-3 years in a similar role with international 5-star chain hotel.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of wellness professionals with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
