Assistant Manager, Marketing

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Marketing, located in Petaling Jaya. The Assistant Manager, Marketing will plan and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, oversee social media and digital marketing efforts, and collaborate with teams to drive brand engagement. They will analyze market trends to identify new opportunities, manage promotional activities, and ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves cultivating relationships with external stakeholders, such as agencies and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing strategy, Campaign planning, and Brand development
• Proficiency in Digital marketing, Social media management, and Content creation
• Skills in Market research, Trend analysis, and Data-driven decision-making
• Excellent Communication, Team collaboration, and Project management skills
• Ability to build partnerships with external agencies and vendors
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in property development or real estate would be an added advantage
