- Review and validate and process all customer onboarding and KYC documents and requirements
- Centre of Excellence "COE" transactional data processing (subscription, switching, redemption) into system
- Prepare and release numerous notifications (such as daily NAVs , contract notes etc.) to respective stakeholders
- Review daily AML related alerts and follow through completion
- Perform various monthly regulatory and departmental reporting and responsible for accurate and timely submission
- Produce monthly statements to various business parties
the integrity of department processing and workflow.
- Perform activities related to notifications to Funds' Trustees
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of business process
Coordination, Privacy deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the department to ensure the integrity of processing and workflow in support of these
- Manage the document and procedure library, ensuring that procedures and job aids are accurate, up to date

What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services industries
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Organized, good time management, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset
- Propensity for process improvement
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self starter, disciplined and able to carry out assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Possess a global perspective on the business and impacts to other business units.- Propensity to understand and mitigate risk.
