What You’ll Be Doing:
Support Agent Success:
- Help agents across branches meet and exceed their sales goals.
- Build trust and strong relationships with agents and team leaders, becoming their go-to partner.
Manage Projects:
- Oversee multiple property projects in collaboration with developers, agents, and other stakeholders (e.g., lawyers).
- Keep our internal system (GOS) updated with accurate and timely project data.
Research & Strategic Planning:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Work with the Business Development Manager to design innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
Who We’re Looking For:
Key Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Experience: At least 2 years in property, real estate, or sales support roles.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
