This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end daily revenue operations, including the computation and accrual of revenue and cost of sales, client billing, and receivables management following and complying to the applicable internal company policies, guidelines, standard operating procedures. It involves performing monthly revenue analysis, supporting regulatory and Group reporting in accordance with regulatory and Group reporting requirements, and ensuring accurate tagging of Fund Under Management. This position liaises with Clients and auditors, supports internal controls and audits, and ensures timely trade expense payments. A key focus is on driving process improvements, automation, and participating in finance-related projects to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

- Understand the structures of the various funds and the related fees/expenses and perform/review the necessary computation of revenue and cost of sales.
- Responsible for prompt billing to the Clients as well as prompt collections of receivables.
- Responsible for recording the accounts receivables as well as revenue and cost of sales accruals and ensure all relevant details are included (e.g. fund code, channel, and intercompany entity) to ensure that meaningful revenue/product/channel/business line analysis.
- Work with the Accounts Payable team to ensure payments to vendors are made on time and accurately.
- Responsible for Group reporting of revenue related items.
- Ensure the Fund Under Management are correctly recorded and tagged in the system.
- Perform monthly revenue analysis by product.
- Liaise with Clients to address revenue queries and ensure timely collections.
- Handle regulatory reporting and monitoring, particularly on the revenue aspect.
- Support internal audit, risk controls and any ISAE audit for revenue operations.
- Ensure adherence to effective and robust internal controls for the various revenue areas.
- Liaise with auditors for financial audit.
- Provide guidance and motivate team member to work together to meet deadlines and key deliverables.
- Actively seek to deliver improvement in data, processes and output and streamline/automate existing workflows and processes.
- Participate in ad hoc Finance initiatives or projects.
- Bachelor or Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Internationally recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, ICAEW, etc.) or working towards designation will be an added advantage.
- At least 6 years of commercial working experience.
- Prior experience from Big 4 audit firm and /or financial services industry especially Fund Management would be preferred.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work on ad hoc requests when necessary.
- Meticulous, hands-on, independent and resourceful in solution delivery.
- Energetic, positive and consistent, even under pressure.
- Driven and self-motivated individual with an acute sense of commercial awareness.
