Roles & Responsibilities
- Align key Compensation & Benefits programs across all locations and provide guidelines for regional/local stakeholders to execute the programs in the respective areas.
- Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting pay and benefits survey input.
- Perform job evaluation and job mapping exercise when it is deemed necessary.
- Support in the refreshment of salary ranges for all roles globally for the purpose of hiring, annual increases, and talent management.
- Manage global annual performance review cycle, salary increase, performance bonus and promotion exercises.
- Manage the renewal of applicable benefits programs.
- Ensure that total rewards practices comply with local laws and regulations of each country of employment.
- Acts as a point of contact for global mobility of key talent movements and ensure management of data.
- Oversee international mobility programs, including expatriate assignments
- Coordinate logistics for international moves with regional/local HR teams.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally with HR business partnering experience.
- Experience in rewards management including total rewards strategy development, job evaluation, benchmarking / job pricing, design (compensation, benefits, recognition, incentives, etc.) and international mobility.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in partnering across all HR functions with strong delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
