Job Description
- In charge of training and coaching the sales team
- Assists in defining sales job requirements and searching for the best candidates.
- Provides sales team members with tips and training to achieve a competitive edge in the industry.
- Provides orientation to new sales staff and focuses on improving the job performance and sales of existing staff.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the sales team
- Responsible for delegating tasks to project sales staff with the best skills for the job and guiding staff members to ensure the work is done well.
- Set sales targets and motivate the sales team
- Responsible for setting sales targets for daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.
- Motivates sales team members to reach individual sales goals and encourages them to work smarter, not harder.
- Understands the importance of praising and rewarding team members who do a stellar job and implements reward or incentive programs, such as "Employee of the Month" achievements.
- Prepare sales reports for their designated project
- Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management.
- Prepares reports on team member performance and mission-related objectives.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, any field or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Mandarin is a plus)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in property consultation and sales will be an added advantage.
