Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

Our client “⁠HCK Capital Group Bhd” is seeking for an Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

• Assist in overseeing the sales team of real estate agents to achieve sales goals.
• Provide agents with the necessary resources and training to enhance their sales performance.
• Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Help develop and implement marketing strategies for new property projects.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Organize marketing events, open houses, and property showcases to attract potential buyers.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to improve sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Support budget management and resource allocation for sales and marketing activities.
• Assist in training and onboarding new sales agents.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Who are they looking for?

• Bachelor Degree in business or related field will be an advantage
• Min 2 years in sales or real estate, ideally with some exposure to managing relationships with agents and customers
• Good communication skills in English is essential and Mandarin is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint to prepare reports and/or presentation to Management

Working Hours:

• 5 days work week
