Your Mission
- To promote SDGAB and its products / services as per direction set by SDGAB management.
- To prepare monthly sales report, management plan and yearly sales budget as per timeline given.
- To assist in setting of detailed sales targets and the monitoring of the results.
- To ensure fast and efficient respond on sales enquiries, sales orders and complaint handling.
- To provide training and manage sales executives effectively (Train-the-trainer).
- To monitor and keep track of sales and services offered.
- Support and motivate the sales teams to meet the agreed sales target, and to conduct regional sales meetings and products training.
- Participate in training and seminar for self-improvement as agreed in KPI setting.
Ideal Candidate
- Diploma in any related fields to job
- Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences from UPM, UMS or any equivalent Advance Diploma (Advance Diploma in Incorporated Society of Planter)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in handling agricultural products / agrochemicals, oil palm, rice and cash crops.
- Experience in managing agricultural products dealers or channel partners would be an added advantage.
