Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for the implementation of marketing plans and initiatives to drive business objectives and support overall marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing customer feedback, including handling daily customer calls, enquiries, and service-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure timely distribution of marketing collaterals to all outlets and provide ongoing support to the Operations team on marketing-related activities.
- Assist in compiling and preparing marketing, campaign performance, and CRM-related reports for internal review and analysis.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks or assignments as required by the Marketing team or immediate supervisor.
- Diploma in marketing or relevant discipline/professional qualifications
- Office Administration Procedure
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Analytical, Attention to Details, Accuracy
- Good Multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
