As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in our operational team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operation to oversee day-to-day activities, optimize processes and ensure high standards in customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business or a related field.
- At least 2 years in operation or retail management ideally in a related industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Malay, and English. Multilingualism is preferred.
