Job Scope
Skills & Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
Prior experience (1-2 years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a corporate environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workplace and familiarity with project management tools.
Basic knowledge of virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Able to read & draft Chinese business letters, eg, contract, agreement & formal letters.
Ability to quickly learn new software or office systems
Ability to solve routine issues independently and adapt to changing priorities or tasks.
Willingness to take on ad hoc tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in tasks such as, data entry and documentation.

- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including taking minutes, sending reminders and doing follow-ups
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents
- Handle data entry, database updates, and records maintenance
- Handling incoming communications and inquiries on behalf of senior executives
- Conduct basic research or gather information
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Maintain high degree of discretion and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information
- Assist with ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by supervisors to support business needs
