必备条件：
  • 至少具有Diploma 或 Degree
  • 语言沟通：华语， 英语，国语
  • 精通Microsoft Excel

工作范围 ：
  • 安排客户签署确认函
  • 向客户收集文件以准备租赁协议或申请银行贷款及买卖协议
  • 安排签署租赁协议并向租户收取押金余额
  • 确认交易后，打开新的群聊
  • 收取租金、准备通知和终止租赁协议
  • 跟进所有案件直至完成

工作能力 ：
  • 拥有积极的工作态度，自动性，良好的人际关系和责任感。
  • 注重细节，解决问题，团队合作和抗压能力。
  • 能够独立的解决问题。
  • 准时完成日常事务与报告给上司 有经验者，与立即上班者优先
  • 如有property management ，developer background 或有在law firm上过班的admin优先考虑
