The Role
- To assist in the overall operations for the factory: production (processing & packaging), QA/QC, data recording, labelling, storage, warehouse, equipment inspection/maintenance.
- To drive continuous improvement on factory productivity
- To ensure consistently high-quality final products to meet customers’ requirements.
- To assure compliance on regulatory, licensing, permit, Food Safety Certification and Quality Management System.
- Other tasks as assigned
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English (Cantonese a plus)
- Secondary school (SPM) or equivalent is minimally required.
- This position is based in Melaka with some travelling to Singapore outlet whenever needed.
- Have basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word & Excel
- Able to type fast
- Demonstrate punctuality and sense of responsibility through adherence to attendance guidelines.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure and multi-task
- Independent, hardworking, willing to learn
- Able to OT during peak season e.g. CNY
- alal JAKIM experience a plus (+ RM 300)
