Aigens is a hotel and restaurant tech start-up that has helped steer the digital revolution of the F&B and Hospitality industry in Asia Pacific. We started as a 2-man team in 2012 and have since grown into a SaaS company known for being a market leader with significant wins, essentially being the first to introduce BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) QR code ordering technology to Hong Kong and Singapore.

In the last three years, we’ve experienced our most significant growth to date: resulting in 6 regional offices across APAC, and 120 team members (and increasing every month). We are headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in Bangkok, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur. We serve more than 500 brands in F&B and Hospitality, including global names like Accor, Hyatt, Centara, KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, etc.

Catering to Aigens’ business growth and regional expansion opportunities, we are looking for a highly motivated, organized self-starter to join our team. You will be one of the key influencers to shape the customer experience of our key customers. What your daily work looks like:

  • Support project managers in coordinating and managing project activities
  • Break down work into actionable and measurable tasks with the help of project managers
  • Schedule and assign tasks to internal teams and closely monitor their progress to ensure timely completion
  • Proactively escalate and update project managers when deviations arise during projects
  • Assist project managers in analyzing and assessing risks and opportunities
  • Arrange, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinate with clients to plan upcoming tasks, clarify requirements, and align expectations
  • Serve as the main point of contact and effectively communicate project status to all participants, ensuring timely and adequate responses
  • Maintain project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are up-to-date, properly filed, and stored appropriately.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in IT/Technology
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese (knowledge of Mandarin is a plus) in both written and spoken forms.
