職位描述

  • 透過提供支援、資訊和推薦解決方案來服務現有客戶帳戶並維護關係
  • 安排定期拜訪所有客戶並進行滿意度調查。
  • 與客戶建立並維持良好的售後支援和友好關係
  • 識別潛在客戶並建立新的商業帳戶
  • 進行市場調查以確定銷售可能性並評估客戶需求
  • 處理收到的詢問並及時回复
  • 進行有效的銷售演示，宣傳我們產品系列的特色和優勢
  • 跟上潮流和競爭對手
  • 與不同部門的同事緊密合作
  • 在需要時準備並提交銷售業績報告
  • 準備銷售預測、詳細報價並協商價格。


要求

  • 至少擁有 SPM/ STPM/ 電子與電機工程/ 視聽通信或同等學歷的文憑或學士學位。
  • 能夠使用英語、馬來語、國語/粵語交談（掌握其他方言者優先）
  • 良好的口頭表達和溝通能力
  • 確定優先順序和協調任務的能力
  • 能夠獨立工作和團隊合作
  • 積極主動，目標明確，擁有自己的車輛
  • 至少兩 (2) 年銷售經驗
  • 擁有專業視聽和舞台產品/系統的經驗或知識將是一個額外的優勢
