Assistant Service & Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Service & Maintenance business activities and continuously expand maintenance sales contract coverage.
2. Manage the Service & Maintenance team (around 25 staff) to ensure smooth operation of all service & maintenance activities in the office and at the Client's site.
3. To coordinate Bomba inspection schedule, and meetings and attend site visits with clients and local authorities e.g. Bomba inspection, etc.
4. To check and approve a material requisition, quotation, and sub-contractor claims.
5. Work closely with the Project Director to provide the utmost support to ensure the smooth operation of service and maintenance works at the Client’s site.
6. To ensure all works are done according to SOP and ISO management standards and staff adhere to OSH policy.
7. To manage staff work schedules and prepare monthly reports.
8. Can work independently.
9. Process with own transport.
10. Any ad-hoc task requested by superior/ management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Responsible, Self-driven, and motivated with strong leadership quality.
2. Resourceful, excellent troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with good judgment and able to deliver results with a sense of urgency.
3. Min SPM with 8 years of relevant working experience in safety/buildings/construction/machinery/electrical/engineering industry or min Diploma/Degree in Engineering studies with 5 years and above of experience in relevant job scopes.
4. Language: English, Mandarin & Malay.
