Assistant - Tenancy Administration

Job Description :

1. Assist in preparing related documents based on approved templates.
2. Ensure proper filing in physical files and/or e-filing system.
3. Follow up with internal signatories for signing and return of agreements to ensure timely completion.
4. Perform document scanning and uploading in e-filing system.
5. Compile agreements and/or documents for tenants, landlords and internal signatory.
6. Assist in preparing simple reports and documents related to tenancy administration.
7. Other ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirement :

1. SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
2. .Minimum 1 year experience in administration, preferably in property management or tenancy administration (fresh graduates will be considered)
3. .Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. .Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions
5. .Good communication and interpersonal skills
