- 準備投標書和報價單並跟進客戶和潛在客戶。
- 準備所有銷售訂單、交貨單和發票給客戶。
- 處理 E-perolehan 系統（政府和 PPUM）
- 準備裝箱單並安排運輸商向客戶交貨。
- 跟進交貨情況並確保客戶滿意。
- 盡最大努力以專業的方式解決客戶的問題、疑問和投訴。
- 向財務及會計經理及董事總經理提供每週活動報告。
- 每周向董事總經理提交已發出報價的報告。
- 輸入臂板庫存。
- 當需要緊急交貨時，幫助包裝臂板。
- 任何其他臨時任務。
