Job Description Summary
This role is focused on assisting with the immigration requirements of our clients' employees. It involves ensuring adherence to Immigration Laws and Regulationss and delivering outstanding client service. The caseworker plays a vital role, whether they are assigned to a global account or a specific geographic region. They engage in close collaboration with clients, individual employees, legal teams, government entities, and various stakeholders. This collaboration is essential for facilitating efficient and well-coordinated immigration processes. The caseworker's responsibilities are crucial in managing the complexities of immigration procedures and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.

The caseworker's responsibilities are crucial in managing the complexities of immigration procedures and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on immigration processes, timelines, and potential risks
- Maintain accurate and organized case files for each client, ensuring all relevant documents are securely stored and readily accessible.
- Ensure commercial awareness i.e efficiently recording time on a timely basis and supporting with billing activities, understanding scope creep.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government agencies and authorities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government officials, and internal teams to ensure seamless exchange of information.
- Liaise with network office, third party providers, consulates, embassies, and immigration authorities - receive up to date immigration rules or monitor case progress and resolve issues
- Handle unexpected issues that may arise during the immigration (or implementation) process with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their immigration cases or change to immigration rules.
- Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in the business area.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
- Training new/ junior team members on case management and immigration law forms and applications
- Stay up to date with relevant immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
- Submit documents to tax authorities.
- Depending on the service line you're working in, you might also assist with the implementation of any relevant technology/platform
- Willingness to travel for work
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.
- An interest in acquiring knowledge of Global Immigration law and practice and the life of a file from initiation through to completion.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively, and to evaluate the quality of the information
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential including the ability to relate to people at all levels
- Managing various corporate immigration programs. Act as the main point of contact on the account and have the ability to assess and manage file work on various clients
- Ability to effectively prioritize, excellent organization and administrative ability
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, use initiative and to work well under pressure / to deadlines
- The flexibility to work outside normal office hours may be required from time-to-time.
