Responsibilities:
  • Upload the electronic invoices received by e-mail to the ServiceNow and Coupa within the agreed turnaround time.
  • Ensure invoices received in ServiceNow and Coupa is being processed on time.
  • Achieve the daily booking invoices target established by the AP Team Leader or AP Finance Manager.
  • Liaise with counterparts on problematic invoices.
  • Process the needed posting corrections on a timely manner.
  • Investigates the different invoices status in Coupa and works on each pending case.
  • Attend and lead the AP stand up as assigned.
  • Assists AP team on the continuous process improvement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the AP Team Leader or AP Finance Manager.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting and/or Professional Qualification in Accounting
  • Preferable 2 years experience in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess customer service mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Open to both permanent and contract position.
