Associate Human Resource Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Business Administrative/Business Management or equivalent.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional HR experience, with a preference for a background in the manufacturing industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating, updating, and implementing company policies related to various human resource aspects. Ensure that company policies comply with local, state, and federal laws to minimizes the risk of legal disputes.
• Responsible for recruiting talents to meet operation and production needs. This includes developing job descriptions, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a proper workforce is available based on production schedules and company needs.
• Organize and oversee training programs to ensure that employees are properly trained in both technical and soft skills. Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to enhance employee performance.
• Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and maintain positive employee relations. Maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment.
• Monitor employee performance, conduct evaluations, and implement strategies to improve productivity. They also design and implement retention program to reduce turnover, especially in industries with high demand for skilled workforce.
