Get to know the Team:

Grab Commercial and Support Sales Operations is the regional unit that manages the Sales Operations of all B2B teams within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food and package deliveries and related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We are looking for an Associate - Regional Sales Operations (VN), Grab Commercial & Support to contribute to sales and commercial operations organisation to cater at scale to an expanding portfolio of corporate clients.

Get To Know The Role

To perform this role well, you need to create and follow processes and data analysis capabilities.

You will report directly to the Assistant Manager of Commercial Ops, GFB, MY. This is a hybrid role, where you will need to travel to our MY office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will work with multiple teams including Business Analyst, Deal Management, Central Ops, Country Commercial Teams, Country Finance, Finance SSC, Finance Ops and Collections
  • You will ensure adherence and compliance on all sales operations process
  • You will work with Country Ops and Country Commercial teams to govern the usage of SFDC (Salesforce.com) CRM tool and ensure sales governance in place
  • You will ensure all SOPs in the GrabGifts operations and ensure SLAs are met with code execution within the governance framework
  • You will manage internal projects as the project owner within the GCS Sales Ops functions to improve upon the process by process optimization or system integration efforts

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You will Need:'

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2-4 years as a sales operations or commercial operations within a B2B, SaaS, enterprise, corporate or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in client experience tools (Salesforce CRM)
  • Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides)
  • Regional experience (South-East Asia)
