Job Description

Overall purpose of job-

This position is responsible to drive growth of Kenvue brands of SelfCare products, mainly in Klang Valley and Pahang region.

Essential duties and responsibilities-

  • Managing and achieving annual sales targets and serve multiple key accounts in a prescribed territory
  • Regularly track sales performance against KPIs and propose/mitigate opportunities and issues.
  • Set clear objectives and develop strategies for each account to drive penetration and growth
  • Have a deep understanding of healthcare professional needs and tailoring/sharing expert product

advice

  • Incorporating use of educational programs, detailing/promotional activities to expand product reach to

healthcare professionals and advance sales for specific therapeutic areas

  • Service & maintain existing business (contracts, quotations, tenders, relationship management),

coordinate sales and marketing initiatives

  • Development of professional relationships with KOLs
  • Lead and manage relationship with healthcare professionals to become their trusted partner in the

specific therapeutic area

  • Ensure compliance to healthcare compliance guidelines for all healthcare professional related activities

(adhere to company’s SOP).

  • Conduct training to healthcare professionals when required.
  • Being the interface of marketing and healthcare professionals during events.

Job Qualifications

Essential knowledge and skills-

  • Degree preferred in Business/ Science/ Healthcare
  • Minimal 5 years healthcare industry sales experience with strong understanding of customer and market

dynamics

  • Proven success in building strong KOL, customer relationships and achieving product access in public and

private healthcare settings

  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Structured/organized and productive – managing multiple brands at one time and prioritizes effectively
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong negotiation skills and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, proven selling skills.
  • Highly dependable and able to work independentl
