What you’ll do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Design and implement scalable database architectures.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless system integration.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Work with cloud services (AWS) to deploy and manage web servers.
• Implement microservices and monolithic architectures based on project needs.

What you’ll bring:

• Required: Minimum 2 years in backend development.
• Proficiency in PHP and Node.js
• Strong knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and database architecture design.
• Experience with REST APIs, real-time sockets, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Git (Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
• Experience setting up and managing web servers (AWS services, Linux-based environments).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a scrum/sprint-based development environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Bonus points (optional)

• Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, OctoberCMS, etc.).
